- Investor has to prepare DPR with feasibility report
- Investor has to secure all critical clearances & applicable permits within 3 months from appointed date
- The project shall also comply the architectural controls of GCDA
- Construct the facility within 18 months
- Commence operations within 21 months from appointed date
- Operate & Maintain for 25 years
